By participating in this program, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills to manage your HIV and your general health. As well as addressing other challenges such as depression, loneliness, isolation and stigma. The sessions are highly interactive, where mutual support and success will build your confidence in your ability to manage your own health and maintain an active and fulfilling life. The Positive Self-Management Program can help improve your quality of life. Due to the ongoing situation with COVID, the next Positive Self-Management Program will be conducted ONLINE.Ĭommencing Tuesday 16 February 2021, 6-8.30pm and then every Tuesday for 6 weeks.
